("Speals") owns www.speals.com.au together with other electronic platforms which may be accessed by internet accessible devices ("Website").
At Speals, we place great importance on protecting the privacy of our Website users and we take all reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected from misuse or unauthorised disclosure. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in collecting, using, disclosing, retaining and protecting your personal information that we or our service providers collect through the Website application, service, or tool (collectively "Services") regardless of how you access or use them, including through mobile devices.

What information does Speals collect?
1. Personal Information
"Personal information" is information from which you can be identified such as name, address, telephone number or email address.
Speals aims to deliver a superior purchasing platform where various advertisers can sell their products directly to consumers. In order to achieve this, Speals collects a variety of personal information you provide when you use our Services including, but not limited to:
identifying information such as your name, addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses;
buying information for a particular transaction or other transaction-based content you generate;
financial information such as credit card or bank account numbers in connection with a transaction;
postage, billing and other information to purchase or post an item;

Speals also collects non-personal information such as device IDs and unique identifiers, device types, IDs for advertising and geo-location
information and to track data including the total number of visits to the Website, the number of visitors to each page of the Website, the general geographical areas from where those visitors accessed the Website and the domain names of our visitor's internet service providers. This information is used to gain an understanding as to how our visitors use the Website in order to improve the Services offered.

Your Choices
We give you choices regarding our use and disclosure of your personal information for marketing purposes. You may opt out from:
1. receiving meeting information from us by opting out within your “my profile” section;
2. receiving marketing communications from us: if you no longer want to receive marketing communications from us on a going forward basis you may opt out by contacting us via email at sales@speals.com.au.
In your response please provide your name, identify the form of marketing communication that you no long wish to receive, and include the address to which they are currently sent; and
3. our sharing of your personal information with affiliates and third party partners: if you would prefer that we not share your personal information on a going forward basis with our affiliates and/or third party partners for their marketing purposes you may opt out by writing to us at sales@speals.com.au. In your response please provide your name, email address and state you know longer want your personal information shared.
We will seek to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
Please note that if you opt out of a service as described above, we will not be able to remove your personal information from the databases of our affiliates with which we have already shared your information.
Please note that if you opt out of receiving marketing related messages from us, we may still send you important transactional and administrative messages.
Access to your personal information
We take steps to ensure that the personal information we collect is accurate and up to date, and that you have the ability to access or correct it. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 7 days and endeavour to respond to your request within 30 days.
